Hi, I'd like to introduce myself and I'm not sure if this is the correct place to do it, but here it goes. I just ordered my program last week and am anxiously awaiting its arrival. I am going to need some support as this just seems too easy!!
Does it really work if you are over fifty? I try to follow the Weight Watchers point system, will that help? How long until most of you saw resuts, either in inches or pounds? I know we're all different, but it encourages me to hear these things from others and I have read all the success pages, I need a new fix of success from someone my age. By the way, my name is Pam

I'm not 50 yet, but just turned 47. I started Oxycise on Jan. 17, and also use Reader's Digest's Change One plan for a guideline for calories. I've lost 31 pounds, and over 12 inches, and I feel so much better! I hope you find that Oxycise is just the thing for you!
Sincerely, Susanna

Hi Susanna,
Thanks for the reply. I just got my program yesterday and started to read the book last night until I fell asleep!
I watched the intro video this a.m.-(5:30!).
I just laid in bed and watched it just to get an idea of how this all works. As it turned out I did do the basic breathing while still in bed, you just can't help but give it a try! My danes thought I was nuts, or at least in distress!!!
But then again , they get crazy when I do a walking tape!
I will be finished with work early today and plan to rewatch the intro and to L1 at that point.
I have the car tape as well, but unfortunately I was sent the CD instead of the cassett!! My car doesen't have a CD player, so now I guess I have to get a portable CD player.
I'll let you know how it goes. Oh, one funny thing happened this a.m. I had to leave my mom's dogs out as she is away for the week and I stopped at the grocery store as I was out of toilet paper and I wanted to get a measuring tape and a cup of coffee. The check out girl commented what an odd
assortment of items I had, and I replied, "yes, it makes you wonder what I'm going to measure!" We all had a good laugh over that one!! Sorry, I hadn't had any coffee at that point and it was 6:30a.m!! Big Grin,Smile
