Hi everyone!
I'd like to introduce myself.I would like to be a part of the support and encouragement that I see on this board. I received my Oxycise basic package a couple of weeks ago and I have somewhat mastered the breathing. I am now ready to commit to an everyday( ar at least 6 days/week) program. I live in Indiana with my husband and 3-month old son. for the next few months I will be a stay at-home-mom. since I am breastfeeding, I do not diet. I do try to eat healthy, wholesome foods. I have always liked to exercise (particularly aerobics) and the way I feel when I work out. Unfortunately, I don't get the results that I'd like with traditional exercise. Oxycise is no exception. I love to feel oxygen pouring into my body. I love variety and will often create my own routines to avoid boredom. I like to see it when people post specific goals...I'd like to be brave and committed that way. I will post my goals in the goals forum. I'd welcome any advice advice offered. Mimi, Hi! I too am from Indiana. Welcome aboard. We have lots of fun here--especially on the General Discussion Board. You'll find that's where most of us "hang out." Others frequent the D2L (Determined 2 Lose)Board. I get there every so often.
