Hi Ella...welcome to the message board! Sounds like you're working your muscles if you're sore. Good luck and come join us on the D2L thread (determined to lose) each day for additional support and encouragement.

Hi Ella!

Welcome to the board and to Oxycise! Yes, it's normal to get sore. In fact, after 3 years of Oxycise, I still get sore sometimes, but it's so worth it for all the benefits! I hope you have wonderful results.

Hi Ella,
I was wondering how it was going. I am still waiting to receive my pack I ordered so I can get started too. I am really anxious to hear all about it but more anxious to get started!

Hi Laurie.I hope you recive your pack soon, you are going to love it, it's a great workout.I've been working out at the gym for the past 3 mo. doing a lot of cardio and weights but it was very time consumig, so I wanted to give O! a try.I was sceptical too, but after feeling sore after only one wokout a believe that this is going to work!!!BDV I got my package in 5 days.

SmileHi Ella and welcome to the board. I'm glad you're already feeling the results from your workout. I used to belong to a gym too and I never felt as good as I do with O!. I'm in this for the rest of my life.

See you on D2L.
