Hi everyone. A couple years ago, I did Oxycise faithfully for about a year when I started trying out other forms of exercise because I needed a change. I also did Weight Watchers for about a year and a half but sometime along the way, my eating started slipping a lot and even lately my exercising has gradually been slipping. And it doesn't help that I recently broke my toe so anything that involves pounding on my feet or even wearing shoes is just not going to happen anytime soon. I had to buy some fat jeans last weekend and started noticing some fat rolls on my stomach that I didn't have in the fall. This weekend, I noticed Oxycise featured in First Magazine and decided to try it again tonight since it's not a problem for my foot . I'm really going to try to stick with it as much as possible. There are still days when I just can't fit in but I definitely want to do it the other 4 or 5 days a week. I've been reading some of my past message posts from a few years ago and its amazing I had such a good attitude and so much motivation to eat well and workout. I'm hoping I can regain that with a vacation coming next month and summer coming soon.
