Hi everyone. I have been O!ing for 2 weeks now and have been posting on the daily accountability board off and on. I started O! when a friend of mine lost 30lbs from O!ing. I am 5'7" and weigh 137.5lbs. which isn't bad but I want to lose alittle and tone up. I have 3 boys ages 3.5, 2.5, and 6 months. So O! is good for me because I can fit in into my day here and there and it isn't time consuming. I can't wait till the day I get to post on the success board! I want to get my measuremnets down to what they were the day I got married. I was 36 27 36. I need to lose about 3" in each area to make the goal. Happy O!ing everyone. big grin

Welcome Ordelly!

You are well on your way to your goal. I know for a fact that you CAN lose those inches. All you have to do is commit to O! and try to do it as much as you can. There are so many other benefits from it also. It helps reduce stress, it helps me
sleep better and I just feel better physically when I do it on a regular basis. I find that posting on the D2L O! thread helps keep me accountable. There are some great people on there that are so helpful and encouraging.

Good Luck and keep us posted on your results.

Oxycise definitely helps tone your body! I also enjoy the good feeling in general that I receive from the extra oxygen.
I'm sure you'll lose those inches and tone up in no time!
