Hi all! I am a returning O!er; I had been O!ing a few months ago, got to a size 10, summer hit & I got busy. I still O!ed off & on throughout the summer, but nothing regular. After awhile I got so busy I just stopped O!ing altogether. I eventually got down to a snug size 8, but no regular O! meant the size 8 didn't stay! Anyway, even though the inches crept back (very slowly, I might add!) they didn't seem to take on their original appearance - I wasn't lumpy or squishy-looking!!! I am now back to O!ing regularly again & the bounce-back is incredible! My tummy is even shrinking faster! I have been O!ing now at least once a day & often twice; I am taking it a bit slower this time as the last time part of what threw me off the wagon was a soreness in my shoulder blade that got worse when I did any kind of deep breathing. Now my results are just as good & I am happy to be O!ing again. Cold weather generally motivates me to do something other than sit around anyway & since I am not a big outdoors-in-the-cold kind of person, Oxycise1 is a great way to pass the time! Anyway, I also want to say that the side benefits of my O!ing has been a much improved "seat" when I ride!!! I got on my horse (who was unsound & prompted me to do this whole Oxycise! thing in the first place) for the first time in about 6 months & it was as though I had just gotten off the couch! No jelly legs, no soreness, NOTHING! Not to mention my riding skills didn't atrophy at all; it was almost as though I had frozen my riding self in time & just picked up right where I left off. Oxycise! is some amazing stuff!
