Pretty deep question to ask oneself ..
I'm new to this forum but not to breathing programs like this and BodyFlex/LifeLift. I started BodyFlex around 1997 and I lost 12" the first month I did it. I kept that off for quite awhile and felt great. As is human nature, I stopped doing the program when I looked better. Off and on over the years I've picked it up and done it a week then stopped. I picked up LifeLift and Oxycise around the same time for variety and just couldn't wrap my mind around the Oyxcise technique so I stuck with LL/BF. I've done very well with them, but again, I want variety. I've read the success stories and I've seen the posts and I just wanted to try Oxycise again. I've made a comittment to myself to O everyday until Christmas and then evaluate where I'm at and how I feel. Anyway, in a brief nutshell I'm always full of advice for other people *G* and I've spent many years studying health, nutrition, alternative health and practicing massage therapy. By day, I'm a computer systems administrator (aka, computer geek), so my life is very diverse. Take Care .. Tracey |
