I'm a former singer and actress who used to have tremendous breath control but not anymore. And like so many others, I've fought the weight battle my whole life. Of course, again like so many others I managed to stay slender for many years by practically starving myself. Now fast approaching 60 I realize weighing 110 isn't necessarily right for me but I am concerned about eating more nutritionally and would like to rid myself of those 20 pounds around my midriff that have been creeping on since menopause. When I saw the infomercial about Oxycise I was immediately captivated because of its emphasis on breathing and taking in oxygen. For the next two days I thought about Oxycise constantly then went on line, visited this site and ordered the Easy Does It Special in deference to my bad knees. That was two days ago and I can't wait for the package to arrive! I do know how vital support is to an undertaking like this and I know I will be turning to my fellow Oxycisers time and time again. Happy Easter to all!

Dear Roselyn,

Welcome! You will love Oxycise! How nice that you already understand the importance of deep breathing. Good luck!

Smile Welcome Roselyn,
I am sure you will be happy w/ the EDI tapes. It is the best one for learning the breathing technique ( my opinion only).
Good luck with your goals.

Thanks. My package arrived Saturday but with Easter weekend all I managed to do was read the book and did start practicing. Felt good. I'm job hunting which takes priority; have finished for today and will now view the videos and go from there!

Thanks so much. Everything arrived Saturday but Easter weekend didn't allow for much more than reading the book, which I did from cover to cover. I did practice the basic breath several times and it felt wonderful. I'm job hunting so sent out all my resumes first thing and am now going to treat myself by watching the videos and then oxycising!

Thanks, EmBe. My package arrived Saturday but Easter weekend didn't allow for much more than reading the book and the EDI brochure. I did practice the basic breath several times and boy it felt good. Can't wait to really get started!

Hi, Kelly. Thanks for the welcome. I'd be pleased to join the D2L thread. Although, honestly, I'm more concerned right now with getting the breathing correct and feeling more energetic. Then I'll start thinking in terms of the weight loss benefits. The very best ot all.
