Hello Mary,
great you have come to join in on the fun and decided to post. With the help of all these wonderful people here on the board your goal has come so much closer to being reached, I'm sure! It sure has for me! Two workouts six days a week is a lot - don't overdue it and get disappointed at yourself if you are not always able to meet that goal. Just be sure to set realistic goals for yourself. I have this habit of setting goals that are a little outta my reach and then when I can't meet them, I get disappointed in myself and give up.
