Hi all,
My first day here as an OXIE but Ive been breathing for about a week.lol....with Jill that is. Also Ive been reading the posts and they're encouraging.
I have a terrible time exercising and this EASY DOES IT video is just perfect.I want to be good looking again someday myself.'smile"

I love the EASY DOES IT.I can do it sitting on my bed,lying down or in the car...Trying to make it twice a day, but thats hard .
Im also waiting for the Book from Jill on eating, forgot the name of it.
Its nice to be part of the OXY girls.

That's not a real flattering nickname you picked! I hope you can soon leave it behind! I only have the book, and I've lost 26 pounds in 13 weeks. It is very important for most of us to eat wisely as well as doing our Oxycise. It works faster for some than for others, but it makes you feel much better even if you don't lose fast.

Hi, I've a few questions to ask.

The oxycise process - inhale, lift, sniff, exhale, blow

When do i "un-lift" (relax the abdomen, pelvis)? Alongside when I exhale or after exhaled?

How long shld one process be? Abt 10 sec?
