Hi, My name is Susan and I haven't ordered O yet. I am still wondering if this is real or what. I have been on many diets and have lost hundreds of pounds over and over and each time I think "I can do this" but I like to eat and for me to stay skinny I have to exercise for 2 hours everyday and not eat anything.

I am now 42 years old and I think starting the beginning of menopause. I have gained so much weight in the past 2 years that I have outgrown all of my clothes but I refuse to buy anything bigger.

I have 2 girls ages 6 and 9 and I would like for them to do it with me also. My 6 yo could use the movement. Only 6 pounds seperate my two girls. My 9 yo is adhd with alot of other things mixed in for good measure that make her very hard to deal with. I hope the "O" will help with that some.

My dh could use it. He has a hard time sleeping at night and has alot of other problems that compound to make him upset.

I am a sahm and while I am at home I babysit and during the school year I homeschool my 2 girls.

I need lots of energy for all that I have to do let alone get into my clothes again.

I am looking at ordering it this weekend hopefully. I will see you all later.

Susan

Hi Susan! Welcome to the message board! I think if you will spend some time reading the testimonials on this site, you will see that this program has helped many folks.

I like to eat, too, but I have faced up to the fact that I must control my portions in order to keep my weight off. The upside to this is that I can pretty much eat what I want as long as I do it in sensible portions and do my Oxycise! consistently.

Another plus to this program is the support and encouragement that is always available here on the message board. Come join us in the D2L (determined to lose) thread each day to help yourself stay accountable.

Hope to see you joining us!

Hello Susan!

Welcome to the board! I hope you are soon giving your best efforts to Oxycise because it really does work! Kelly gave you good advice. There's lots of good reading on this board, good tips and ideas, and good testimonials.

I'm sure that like most of us, you will have to find an eating plan...not a "diet", but something that works for you, something you can stick with for the rest of your life. I used ChangeOne from Reader's Digest, and it worked well. However, after I lost it I started gaining back rapidly. I found out that it was because I had a lot of yeast in my body, also known as candidiasis, and for me to be able to lose and keep it off, I have to cleanse that. So, I've done a major overhaul on my eating habits, and it's not really fun, but I feel like it's helping. One easy way to tell if you have candidiasis is to look at your tongue in the mirror. If it has a whitish look, you have high yeast.

Anyway, I hope you find a combination that really works well for you!!!

Several ladies who have posted here also homeschool, myself included.

Wow, Susan, you certainly have a lot of challenges. Adding a new health program to your routine may seem to be overwhelming but I know for a fact that if you don't take good care of yourself you just can't take good care of any one else. I am 49 and I have been losing the same 60 pounds for about 33 years. Yup, I've been fat a long time. I finally decided enough is enough....I planned to give oxycise and a healthy eating program a year to make me feel better and look better..I have been faithful at least 6 days a week to oxycise since April 9th and since June 6th I have been doing really well with my healthy eating program. I have lost 13 pounds and I don't know how many inches but at least 3 off my waist and 3 off my hips. But that's not the good news....the really good news is the asthma that I thought would stop me from living a full life because I could hardly breath doesn't seem to be a problem any more...oh yes I still have it but I can climb the stairs without stopping half way to get my breath...in fact I can go up and down the stairs several times with no problem. I am sleeping so good now and I have tons of energy to garden, walk our dog, do the household chores and still go swim in the lake at 9:30 at night. I do two sets of oxycise a day mostly because I feel so much better when I do. I felt pretty good doing just one a day too. From my experience I can promise you that if you commit to doing oxycise on a regular schedule for just 30 days you will have such good results you will know that you have found the answer to taking care of yourself and your family. I hope to see you on D2L soon and please whatever you decide....it is time to take care of Susan....
