hello again ladies...i asked the other day and never got a response...i guess it got lost somewhere in cyberspace...anyways i've got level one and two and was wondering if any of you have any favorite o's. i really want to order another one...but, want some input on the ones you guys think might give the best results...

Ooops....I remember seeing your post and thinking I would answer it "in a minute". Guess I got distracted!!
I have all the regular (as opposed to the EDI) tapes. My least favorites are the two Buns & Thighs workouts. I don't know.... I guess I'd recommend L3 or Abs & Upper Body. Actually, there are positions from ALL the workouts that I really like. That's one reason I pretty much do my own routine each day, choosing my favorites from various workouts. I do the same routine for the first 20 positions then vary the last 10. That way I can get in my faves yet still mix it up enough that I don't get bored. Back to your question, though. I'd say L3 or Ab&UB. Other folks may tell you something entirely different. They're all great! |

I like L4 but everyone says L3 is really good but i don't have that one yet. B&T is a real workout though, if you are up for that.

I've tried all the Oxycise workouts and owned all of them at one point, but must say that Level 3 is my all-time favorite. |
