Three years ago after my divorce I treated myself to the Level One and Two tapes as a gift to myself. At that time I was a size 8, which I know doesn't sound bad until you take into account I'm a mere 5' tall. I have to admit I wasn't the most dedicated person when it came to Oxycise; if I managed to work out four times a week I considered that something. (I hate exercise of any form! Yes, I even don't really like to Oxycise.) Still, I managed to drop to a size 6 with no other changes to my diet or lifestyle. Then I was promoted to a higher level position at work and with all the added stress and such, I dropped to a size two pants and a size four top. I guess that's not bad for a 41 year-old with two kids, but I really hate the way my upper arm keeps waving even after my hand has stopped! I also coach a college dance team and being around those thin, young girls really makes me a little bit envious and motivated. Being a single mom, I really don't want to take time away from my kids to go to the gym to work out. Then I remembered my Oxycise tapes. Perfect! I get to not only work out at home, but also spend quality time with my kids as they laugh at my funny breathing.
So far I've Oxycised everyday now for the past three days (baby steps, you know), but plan to do at least two tapes per day. I found Levels Three, Four, both Buns tapes and the Abs tape at a yard sale, so will do Level Three everyday and alternate between the Buns and Abs tape. My hope is to get lean and lose some cellulite. Dee Ann |

Hi Dee Ann! It sounds like you've got your motivation in gear! I know what you mean about those "waving upper arms!". I think adding light weights to some of the Oxycise positions helps with that, too.
Come join us for daily motivation from each other in the D2L thread each day (determined to lose). Hope to hear more from you! Kelly |
