Candycane,

I can't speak to the losing weight bit because i seem to gain and lose the same two lbs back again, but I KNOW it has helped my BP which has been 141/98 on occasion and esp at the Drs and last week at the DR it was 138/77. Now if I can just concentrate on not eating as much. Polly

Polly: you will make it. don't give up. I have not lost any pounds only inches, but that's the best part because I'm loosing the fat. Thats what you want to lose. Just take it day by day.Don't wast your time trying to figure out if you are going to workout daily only focus on day by day. Let each day take care of itself.
Just know that when you do do your o, you are doing a great thing for your life span. Because when you are healthy inside you become healthy on the outside. It's not about how much weight we lose, we do want to lose the weight, but it's the beneifts that we achieve from doing something good for our bodies.

Candycane: you will in time learn to control the amount of food you eat. That's a one day at a time thing also. just get though each day by not over doing it. Focus on today not over eating and accomplish that goal, then pat yourself on the back because you made it though the day and you'll feel good about yourself.
We can't run a mile today, but if we run a little today, some tomorrow and so on and so forth, we'll soon have the strength to run that mile. Let's just be greateful for the little things that we accomplish each day and not look at ourselves as failures when we don't reach our goal the next day, at least we tried.

Here's to all us O'ing people striving to live a better life. One day at a time.

have a blessed day all

Thanks Cathey! Yup!

Your are such an encouragement! I AM so happy I'm excercising. How good it feels to have all those joints popping and such when I start! Just got to keep that oxygen flowing! If I don't O! now, I wake up all sore from my bed the next morning. When I O! there's no stiffness the next am.

Polly: you are so right. If I miss 2 days, my body ache. That means that your body now requires the movement and the breathing. Like a runner, if they don't run they hurt. Now our bodies like what we are doing to it. I take 1 day a week off. I don't like to miss 2 days. I do it 6 days a week.
Have a good weekend, stay blessed
