I'm on the last day of my period. Weighed 139 when I woke up! Had cereal and orange for breakfast, and zucchini bread for snack. Went to church, had a BIG plate of salad I shared with Shana and then a little plate of spaghetti. Had Diet Pepsi and then changed to do O! Level 1. Feel great and thought of doing it again tonight, but it is Sunday. I've done O! every day since Tuesday and feel great. LOVE IT! Measurements on Tuesday (arm, bust, waist, hips, and thigh added together) were 140".

Weighed 136# when I woke up! So I've gotten down to pre-pregnancy weight already, after 1 week! Had Raisin Bran and coffee, and then did O! Level 1. Ate Long John Silver's for lunch :-( so I'll do Level 1 again. I need to get Level 2. I feel great and my jeans are looser! **Did L1 again! Feel great, drinking H2O.

Weighed 139# when I woke up, but I can feel more muscle tone and I know muscle > fat. Also, I had LJS and ice cream yesterday. I am going on what I crave right now, and had a TON of salad on the 10th.
Feel great, we have kids over today so I'll have to do L1 twice later.
