Good Morning:
I thought I would mention the positve changes that are going on with me without the weight loss. 1. I sleep better at night 2. I feel mentally better 3. I'm losing inches, slowly, but losing. 4. for the first time last night in a long time, I polished my toe nails without a struggle. That's because of the stretching exercise. Yeah Baby!!!!!!! 5. My butt is firmer and higher 6. The extra fat on my butt is almost gone 7. My arms are firmer and looking better, still has some ways to go, but they look better. I put on a size 16 suite the other night it was lose on me. Yeah!!!! 8. I'm not upset about not having quick results. 9. The rolls that was around my bra area are disappearing. This is all I have time to list must do my O this morning so I can get ready for church or I'll be late. 10. I'm glade that I'm giving this a chance. Thanks Jill and Julie. SUSIE: THANK YOU! Thank you for taking the time to read how greatful I am to just be albe to move. For when your back goes out on you and you are not able to get around, you realize just how blessed we are for the little things that we take for granted. Just to be able to breath in Gods air and not be aware of it because we are not struggling to take the air in. We may be when we do our O exercise, but in general we don't. I'm just grateful for all of you taking the time to read and respond back to me. Time to go to lunch.

You all are so welcome. Some times we need each other to keep us focus. I went to the Dr. today and when I got on the scale she said it was 175. I know a lot of it is muscle, I didn't even get upset about the number on the scale. That's progress.

Hi: has anyone measured and lost some inches without Lbs? I wanted to do it this weekend, but with the swelling in my stomach I won't be able to tell yet. Let me know how everyone is doing concernin Inch loss.

Oh I forgot to mention: It soon will be 2 weeks without eating meat or sweets. Boy that a VICTORY for me. Now I don't know if I want to eat any of that stuff at all. I don't even miss it. I'm supose to eat some on Sunday, but I really don't have a desire to eat any. Boy, I really must be sick!!!!!
