Just checking in - about time! I fell down on my posting, but managed to get some O! in nearly every day - altho many were commuters. Everything has been so out of balance and so many people around - which I enjoy - but I find it hard to be on track!
Today - Monday - I did Level 2 O! - and did it feel awesome! I also did 3 sets of pushups and 3 sets of squats - and then added 30 minutes of aerobic dancing. I'm soooo out of shape - yikes! I'll be sore tomorrow - but I won't give up! I've also eaten clean today - so far anyway! I'll weigh in the morning. Hoping everyone had a great Holiday! |
