Today I did Level 4 Oxycise! I had not done this level in a long time and it felt challenging and fun!
I'm posting here to try and be accountable and regular. I started Oxycise in June of 2000 and was very consistant - lost over 30 pounds and felt and looked great! Last March 2003 due to stresses I became very sporadic with my Oxycise and any other exercise - and not as careful with what I eat as well. I have now gone up an entire size - very frustrating, but not surprising. I am now back to Oxycising on a regular basis - and starting to see results and feeling better! Still struggling with eating choices a little - too many goodies around. I plan to post as often as I can - and stay with regular Oxycising for sure! |

I'm sorry I didn't post yesterday (Wednesday) - by the time I could my son was on his new laptop and I didn't have the heart to make him get off! But I did do Level 3!! Today (Thursday) I did Level 1 with small handweights - I hadn't done Level 1 in a very long time and really enjoyed the positions - especially with the weights. I love how I'm starting to feel - and this is even that TOM. My family is starting to notice too - that makes me feel so good! Linda |
