Ok. I know that I've been slacking on o'ing. Some of you know that I've been low carbing since Aug. and I have lost 30 lbs. but the reason I am back doing Oxycise is that I believe it will help greatly in the area of cellulite appearence/skin tightening. I really want to put this theory to the test. So, on monday I will be starting a new challenge thro' the end of the month. I will do complete measurements, weight-in and check body fat. I will check in the following two mondays with results. The challenge itself isn't all that hard- it is to complete 1 workout each day for up to 5 days (7 if i can,lol). If any of my friends out there would like to join me-I would love the company. ARE YOU UP FOR THE CHALLENGE-ITS ONLY 10 WORKOUTS!!!

Hi, Cindy,
I accept the challenge! I will do at least 10 workouts over the next 2 weeks. I can testify to cellulite loss. I haven't lost a ton- and didn't have a ton to lose. So far I have lost 6 lbs. I wonder if a lot of that hasn't come off my legs- they were so bumpy with cellulite before- and now are almost completely smoothe. It was unexpected and a nice surprise. I'm certainly up for the challenge. I always try to get 6 workouts in a week....so I should be able to meet this. Let's do it!

Hi Cindy,
I accept the challenge. I need too, have been a bit slack with doing O! lately so I need something to help motivate me. I don't know why I put it off, especially when you know how good it makes you feel. I am starting to feel a bit better (pregnancy wise) at the moment so hopefully this will help my motivation. I have still been doing lots of walking and have managed to loose about 1/4 pound so am happy with that as I am now 10 weeks through. Well while I am waiting for my daughter to go to sleep (Sunday night) I will go do O! with weights. Have a good week everyone. Melinka |

but count me in, too, please. How do you test body fat though?

The only way I can measure is from my scale (tanita) has a b/fat % but I am not to sure of the accuracy.

I calculate body fat using a method described in the book "Protein Power." It is easy to calculate and very motivating to track one's progress, especially when the scale is not moving much.
