Hi,
Well, I am Back at Oxycise. I was doing Bodyflex which usually gives me quicker results, but I was getting a sharp pain in my Left lung doing it! I got scared and stoped yesterday. I started Oxycise today! Did the commuter. I am following Weight Watchers w/ this program. I think combined it may just work. I have a friend who does both and got wonderful results. Hope I get the same. I plan to do Oxycise as my main workout at least 1 time a day 7 days a week! How is everyone else doing w/ Oxycise what is the adverage weight/inch loss? thanks!

Welcome back. I haven't lost any weight in a while(I think I haven't gone down on the scales since Christmas), but my clothes fit looser, and my visiting son noticed a big difference. If you can stick with WW(I'm not very good at sticking with eating programs), the combination of the 2 should really work.

I was doing great the 1st. month lost 10 lbs. and about 8 inches. Now i seem to be at a stand still. I do L1 W/ 8 added basic breaths & L2 regular back to back and try to walk 2-4 mile when weather permits. Then i started Abs & upper body this week have done it twice, i really like the work out. i know i am losing some inches but still see the love handles. Frown
I follow the FFS food list, maybe i am doing too many in a day. What do u think, i'm open for suggestions Smile

Laura and J: Thanks for your encouragement. I hope this is the answer. I am so sick of struggling. Seems the only workout I got good results w/ in the past was The Firm, but it was difficult! Also time consumming!

Blueeyes: Sounds like the first month went great. As for advice I know quite a bit about fitness and the only thing that comes to mind for your stall is that your body isnt responding to the same workouts anymore. They say your body needs change to continue improving. Maybe rotating L1 on alternate days w/ Upper body will help you some. Dont do things in the same order and pattern, as you have been. Confuse your body in otherwords. Good luck!

I think u may be right. I think L1 & L2 are a bit mild for me now. I will work more on maybe 1 & Abs together, Then try for 3 & buns. kinda get a variety.I have not tried 3 & 4 just watched them, & I haven't tried the buns 1 & 2.
I think the eating is ok as i stick pretty close to the FFS.
Everyone have a great day have some running to do . check back later in the day. Big Grin

Hi Blue eyes,
Sounds like a plan. I know my body stops responding to the same workout day after day. I may do 1 till I dont get results, then go to 2 then 3. Once at 3 if I stop getting results i will rotate them so I confuse my body a bit more. I really think that is key to any workout. They say when you do the same workout day in and day out the body gets used to it and stops responding. I have read that some add weights which is a great idea also! So good luck!

Thanks , i have heard that somewhere too. maybe jill mentioned it also.
Hopefully tomorrow i will start that. I need to make my new poster anyway with L2 and the abs. as i exercise a lot in a room where the vcr isn't. So i make a poster w/ the positions to refer back to when i need it.
I tell everyone about the O program they always looked surprised when u tell them u are learning to breath different and that brings results Roll Eyes Thanks again for your input.
