That's really encouraging to hear what your doctor said about Oxycise! I've just been doing Oxybreaths lately, but I really feel like I need to start doing the tapes again to get in those isometric positions as well as the breaths.
Thanks for sharing that with us! Kelly |

How exciting! I appreciate you sharing this with us. It's so important! One more reason to get my mom to oxycise. Even though she has always been very careful to exercise, eat right, and take calcium, she now has osteoporosis. Could mean the same for me, and it's nice to know that oxcise can help.

Hi Jennifer: First, It was very interesting to see that you live in Guatemala. I was brought up in Colombia..born in Bolivia and visted again a few years ago. I didn't come to the U.S until i was twenty so my formative years were in a Latin country.
About the osteoporosis...The tech also told me that clacium can help prevent it but does not restore lost bone mass. THere are some meds that do but weight-bearing excersize is very important. So..I am really going to work on the weight bearing positions in Oxycise. She also said that if our muscles are weak so are the bones. I have a lot more muscle tone since I have been Oxycising. In fact I have muscles where I never had any before. Well, have a great weekend everyone. I pick up so much good info from each one of you. Ruth Ruth Roberts |
