I started O a week ago tomorrow. The wonderful way it makes me feel is enough to entice me to keep doing it. Last July, I went to a wedding, and wore a nice dressy top, that was just a little tight. Yesterday was my husband's birthday, so I put on that same top to go out for dinner that evening. Now keep in mind that it has been less than a week of O, and already that same top is very loose. The commuter tape is the onlt thing I do, in the car twice a day.As for as the scale, I have not lost an ounce! How could this be??? And, I have not exagerated any portion of this post.....that top is now loose!

It could very well be! There have been a lot of success stories about people losing quite a few inches after one week! Congratulations...I know that makes you feel great!!

Lots of folks "redistribute" their weight by toning up with Oxycise. So...it's easy to show inch loss without weightloss.
Congrats on the top being loose! Kelly |

Inch loss is always a good sign, even if you don't see a change on the scale.
One of our customers wrote saying she had lost 16" after doing Oxycise! for several months, but had not seen ANY change in weight yet. How can this happen? Well, she tested her bodyfat percentage before and after and discovered that she had indeed lost excess fat... she dropped from 35% down to 29%. Most likely she had also gained a few pounds in muscle weight... and that's always a plus. (The more muscle you have on your body, the more calories you will burn, even while you sleep!) Keep up the great work. Julie Oxycise! Staff |
