Oh my....I just found out that I was not suppose to hold my tummy in before I took the first deep breath. I tried the ''correct'' way as described in the Announcements, and my goodness, what a difference! I could take in so much more air than before,as I was doing it the wrong way. The miracle is that I still had results!

 Tsunami I too was doing this incorrectly for about a week, it feels sooo much better  the correct way! This takes awhile to get the hang of but the effort is so worth it!Nancy |
