Hi,
I started O last night. Wow I guess I never realized what a workout O is. I was sweating and my heart was beating like crazy. I felt great, and slept great after. I was using BF and it made me too energized especially since I workout at night. I couldnt sleep when I did it. This workout gave energy w/out sleeplessness. So the big Q. What are the adverage results for someone doing this 2 times a day? Do you do it once or twice? Thanks! I will be doing 2 tonight!

There is no such thing as average. I have lost about 19 kilos (41 lbs) in 2 yrs just with O! once or twice a day & very little change in diet. I have taken my time because in the past I've lost & gained it back too quickly. So far it is staying off. I still want to lose about 15 more kilos but I want to take my time & let it stay off.

Tama when I do O! twice a day I sleep like a log and I mean dead to the world! I cannot keep up that pace tho so I O! once a day and 3x a week I add an extra tape, that way I don't burn out. I have a gazelle I use 4x a week for variety so it keeps the week broken up a bit - but I Always do my O! first.

Have fun with your Oxycising! it is the best plan to lose weight and tone and to feel top notch!
