Happy Friday!
I started reading Dan Millman's Way of the Peaceful Warrior tonight and just couldn't put it down -- I'm nearly done with the book, but that means that I didn't squeeze my O! in today! I'll be up early and will make up for it by doing 2 sessions back to back (Level 3, then Buns/Thighs 1). Hooray for weekends! |

I love the feeling that a brand new week brings. I got both my O!s done yesterday. I will do Level 3 tonight, followed by a walk DVD (likely 2 miles). |

This has been such a productive weekend! As I posted in D2L O!Pals, I did Level 3 today, followed by a 2-mile walk DVD. What a great feeling!
I've been doing some organizing and meal planning (working on my FlyLady routines and control journal) and have discovered a really great FREE tool online at KraftFoods.com -- click on Healthy Living, then go to Meal & Fitness Planner. Fill in your stats, including height, weight, health conditions, etc (you must be registered to do this). The site will give you a customized plan based on your information -- suggested meals, snacks, and workouts. I think it's wonderful; definitely more interactive and powerful than a lot of the sites that charge a monthly fee! Time to grocery shop. I'm planning to do Level 3 and another walk DVD tomorrow. |

Monday update: I did my O! routine, but did not get any walking in.
I'll definitely make up for it today! Water and eating have been GREAT the past few days. |

Happy Sunday!
It's such a grey and gloomy looking day here! I really wish the sun was shining, but I guess that just makes me appreciate sunny days even more. I just finished riding my recumbent bike. I've planned my workout schedule for the evenings this week -- all days include O! Level 3. I will be back tonight after my O! session. |

I didn't mean to skip out on my blogging this week, really. Update: I only got 4 of my 7 workouts in this week (4 seems to be my magic number lately). I'll shoot for 5 though -- I'll do B/T 1 tonight. We are under a winter weather advisory! More soon! |
