I just finished Level 3 (better late than never).

Tomorrow I will do Level 3 in the AM, then weights/cardio in the evening!

I did it! Level 3 is done!

I walked 2 miles and did weights on Monday evening!

No O! for me yesterday -- no exercise, actually -- just too busy.

No O! for me this morning (I overslept ). I just finished my walk and weight training. I will be up late tonight, so I'll squeeze in a Level 3 before bed!

No O! on Friday. Overslept, so didn't get my morning session done, and had an event to go to in the evening with DH. Had a good time, but certainly didn't O! afterward!

I haven't actually O!ed since last Saturday. I have had the busiest week ever, which is no excuse, but I just have to share. I finished recording yesterday afternoon! I have one session left to finalize all tracks and mix down before production. I am SO EXCITED!!!!!!!!!!! Can't wait for you fine folks to hear my tunes!

I'll post again soon. Taking a little road trip with DH. Bringing laptop. Bringing O!

WOW, an entire month has passed. Too much has happened... a great trip to Nashville, a sinus infection, my grandmother's death, and, finally, the finalization of my holiday album!
