Hi everyone,
I am starting yet again. I am refusing to quit this time. I am going to see this out! Any support or advice on getting inch lose, how many workouts a day, or diet would be great! I need to lose about 20 lbs. Thanks!

Hi,I did my workout 10-12 today is an off day, due to the fact I am away all day till 10pm and was on a bus group to a casino. I know O is less noisy then BF but it is still tough to do in a bus w/ lots of people and a stranger sitting next to you lol.

Hi,
I have been doing my workout everyday, about to do it now. I hated it at first, but I really love it now. Weird ey? I think the breathing was harder at first and felt strained but it is better now! I love the program now, It is going to be my exercise for Life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
