I figure this as good of a place to post this than any other.
Now, that Amber has done a great job in getting us motivated for the new year. Since I was sick for awhile and did not do much. I am going to do a challenge next week (Mon-Sat) I will be doing not 1 but 2 workouts next week and will try my hardest to drink 1/2 my body weight (in oz.) in water each day. Believe me thats a lotta water!!! If anyone wants to join me-everyone is more than welcome. BTW-Remember to weigh/measure yourself before starting to have something to go by when getting your final results. |

I will join you in that challenge and do the 2 workouts a day - don't know that I'll manage it as my track record is not great BUT I will try. I already drink nearly 3 liters of water each day. I'll be measuring myself on Monday morning as I haven't measured for a few weeks now.

Rosemary- Thanks, for doing this challenge with me. I'll be sure to keep a look out for you. I know sometimes it hard to get through 1 workout but as long as we try-were doing good.
