As soon as I post this, I'm off to measure myself (so that I have a start-point) and then I'm going to pop in Level 1 (no better place to begin than the beginning)
 and end this first day of the rest of MY life with a wonderful dose of O!I hereby promise myself and all of you that I will daily do 15 minutes of O! and post it here (to keep me accountable) Take care everyone, and KEEP BREATHIN'! Susan in Kuwait |
