Well, I have been sick since 3/8. I have felt achy all over (Ibuprophen helps) and I have a lot of coughing and some feaver. On Tuesday afternoon I felt a lot better, so I Oxycised and went walking (walking was not a good idea). I had a relapse last night and am going to the doctor today.

I think it's an alergic reaction to the atmosphere here in Dallas (probably some kind of pollen). Anyway, I have been eating properly and drinking lots of water and herbal tea. I am so grateful for Oxycise. As long as my nasal passages are open, I can do O!
