I wish I could describe it here, but it involves looking up your abdominal and hip measurements on a chart and making a series of calculations based on those (also based on your height). It is not hard, but you have to have the book in front of you to look up the values and follow the steps. |

Hello,
I seem to be two steps behind everyone else but at least I am picking up the gauntlet and trying again. If I can count last week, this will be my second week!!! Much more stoked about "O!" this time. Went to an easier tape. I am way out of shape and the first tape I ordered was too much for me. Feel really great with just the one week under my belt. It's getting easier to get up and do "O!" five mornings a week. All ready noticing some improvement especially in my face and neck area. |
