Tonight I viewed level 1. Have been doing the
breathing techniques for past 4 days. I'm new at this.
I'm going to do level 1 daily and put a smiley
sticker on the calender to see my progress at a
glance.
Will weight and measure each 7 days.
Does this sound reasonable?

Actually, that sounds pretty goed Smile. Maybe I should do that. I've stopped doing O! for a while and am slowly starting up again.

I am with you on the sticker thing, it really works. It is amazing how much I will do for a sticker...lol!

Jill says to do this 5x a week to see results so I am doing that. I only weigh in once a month but I take my measurments every 2 weeks. Sometimes the pounds don't come off very quickly but the inches always do!
