It is good to be back! Yesterday, I had my focus on losing inches and extra pounds. Today, I'm focused more on the good health I hope to achieve with the increased oxygen benefits from O!
Last night, I was practicing the diaphragmatic breathing exercises as described in the book. It has been several years since I have done O! I wanted to really get a feel for doing it right before I tried the exercise positions again. I have to share that it really felt great. I actually slept better last night than I have for a really long time. I'm inclined to believe that credit can be given to taking in oxygen from those deep breathing exercises. I'm feeling very encouraged already! I read a news report yesterday on Yahoo about the importance of sleep in maintaining a healthy body weight. Sleep More to Slim Down, Scientists Say I'm excited about waking up with a little extra energy today, too, and hope that it will continue to improve IF I can stay with the O! program on a daily basis.
