Here in New England, we're on our third day of gray skies and rain/drizzle. Weather.com shows more of the same for the next TEN DAYS at least. I'm setting my intention to do Oxycise two times per day minimum, along with mini sessions of 2-3 minutes of just the breathing three times/day or as needed. My goal is to survive this weather pattern without getting depressed. I'll keep you posted...

Sounds like a good Plan Nancy. I know that weather like that sure does play havoc with one's mood.

Nancy I sooo understand the effects of lack of sunshine on mood (and food indulgence!). We are in the midst of our crazy rainy season and we are lacking sunshine as well which is horrible for us with S.A.D.. I bet we both feel better for our extra oxygenated blood!
