For this month- I want to get down to 180 lbs. I want to drink more water- I am not a water drinker so anything over 40 oz. a day is good (building it up), walk at least 7 miles or more per week, do O'ing everyday this month or at least 30 workouts. (maybe i could get it done in a 10 days (3x10), then i'll be set for the rest of the month! lol. Yeah, right!!!lol)

Hi Cindy. Those sound like great goals!
I sometimes have trouble getting in all my water, too. What helps me the most is carrying around a big 32 oz. water bottle. (I like the Nalgene bottle with the narrow mouth because I'm a slob and the regular, wide-mouthed ones spill all over my shirt, lol) If I don't have it, I don't get my water in. I try to drink 1 1/2 to 2 of those per day, but if you wanted to focus on 40 oz., then the bottle plus one other glass would work. You don't have to do it but its just a suggestion. My goal is to lose 10 1/2 pounds by my birthday, February 9th. It means I have to lose almost 2 pounds per week, which is doable, but maybe a little on the high side. But even if I don't meet it if it turns out to be too optimistic, I'll at least have something to keep me motivated. Caroline |
