Hello! Sorry I haven't posted for quite awhile! I started school earlier this year (it's been about 10 years since high school!) and never seemed to have the time to get online much for non school activites! I did manage to continued to work out. However, I kinda slipped away from oxycise,
'cause I got a little burned out. We've also had a family crisis and then a friend of mine was staying with me for a month. I'm also a bit irritated at myself, because I had surgery on my foot a little less that 2 months ago and never did get around to doing O! (well, I did the comuter routine a couple times) I managed to catch a REALLY evil cold that left me with a sore throat for over a week and then a stuffy nose for about 2 weeks (so far, I still have it). School has been really hectic for the past couple months too. ANYWAY, the point is I managed to gain back 8 lbs! I got all the way to 188 and blew it sitting on my butt. (I also ate WAY too much!) So, my new game plan is to continue to work out (walk or whatever since I can actually put more pressure on my foot) and do O at least 5 days a week. Also, get back to eating a bit more heathy! Welcome back LeeAnn! Even though I've been consistent with my Oxycise (though not with the proper gusto) I let my eating get way out of control. After gaining back nearly 20 pounds, I'm back on track and have lost 5 in the past 3 weeks. You can do it, too! We're all in this together....we'll help you stay on track!

Gee thanks for welcoming me back! I managed to do the comuter routine last night and I will be doing 15 positions of some sort while watching ER, Friends, etc... tonight!
