Sounds good to me, Kelly. Thanks for giving us a good challenge! I didn't do very well with eating today, though. I ran out of most of our "legal" foods, so I've been eating things made with unbleached wheat flour today, and tonight I feel like a slug! I hope to make a grocery run tomorrow, and I'll focus on fresh produce. I want to keep focusing on gusto, on being more consistent with O, and with posting. After all, if we're not here for each other, the journey isn't nearly as interesting. Susanna

Hi Kelly and Susanna, Count me in on this one. It is a great challenge. I need to especially watch portion size.
I'm also planning on O'ing 5 or 6 days a week, plus adding one other activity such as walking, gardening etc 3+ during the week.

Hi Everyone... I want in on this! I'm going to be extra attentive to portion control. As I run out of various food products, I'll replace them with more healthy choices. Since my mother is living with me, I cannot just get rid of those less healthy things that she loves. She's been clear that she's 'not dieting' and chooses to eat as she always has. I'm brand new to weight loss challenges. I've never dieted so I don't have a history of this or that program failing. Oxycise is my first attempt at getting my weight under control. I'm posting my introduction in the 'Newbie' section so you'll get to know me. Blessings to all! Joyce
