How about if we just really try to add extra gusto to our workouts, without hurting ourselves though! I was remembering a story about a lady who tried to make her curtains move with the exhale, from several feet away. Find something that you can "aim" at, and see if you can make it dance in your exhales! I was reminded of this today, while I was Oing on my bed. (My back was aching, so I did the floor positions on the bed.) Our DD had hung some paper chains up for her daddy's birthday, in our bedroom, as well as the living room, dining room, and kitchen, and I was making the ones in the bedroom dance.
Let's do five or six workouts a week minimum....
Who will join me???

Hi Susanna........I am with you!! At the end of 4 weeks on the program, I have seen results, but know that I could see much more with a little more effort

Count me in on this one. When I do "O" in the car I do it with lots of gusto but for some reason when I do it at home I don't. Sooo...I'm going to really put effort into it.
Until next time... Susie
