I'm back again. Even though I haven't been doing O consistantly I've been reading about all the sucess people have had . I'm going to do this one more time. My goal is to do at least one tape daily. I would like to work my way up to two tapes a day soon. I really think I can stick with it this time,plus with all the great people here how can I fail if I put my mind to it. Thanks again

I'm like Tammy and many others, in that I'm off and then on again with Oxycise. What do you think it is, cause we all know how much better we feel afterwards? I've missed about three days already. Uhhggg! I hate myself for missing.
I think some of us might have the problem of not setting it up as part of our agenda list for the day. Now that I'm thinking of it, I'm going to go mark it on my calendar each day this month. Hopefully that will keep me from forgetting. I'm always filling in my calendar with appointments or things going on, so why not OXYCISE? Well, here goes, I'm going to give a shot. I agree that it is a calendar thing. If I make the time,I'll have the time. I am very agenda oriented
