Hi! Today was my 4th day of oxycising. I only have the book at this point, but maybe that's good for me so I can go at my own pace. I have lost about 17 lbs over the last 2 years by cutting back on carbs. and increasing protein. Exercise has never helped me lose weight, only changing my way of eating. I want to be firm and strong and slender. My goal is 120 lbs., so I need to lose about 15 more lbs. I haven't measured yet, will do that tomorrow. I love reading your progress reports! Even the discouraged ones encourage me because I can expect to have low points. Even Jill had them! Thanks for all the help, this website shows so much generousity. Jennifer

I think you will find that Oxycise will help you in firming and toning your body. That was one of the first things I noticed with Oxycise...how much firmer and better my arms looked. I look forward to seeing you more around the board! Kelly |

Hi, I hope I'm doing this right. I've never posted here before. I started oxycising 3 weeks ago and haven't lost an ounce, but I have lost 6 1/2 inches! Yippee! I'd like to order the second tape. Any suggestions? I'm trying to slim down by 2 dress sizes before we go on a cruise in Oct. Is that reasonable? I've been oxycising just about 6 out of 7 days/week. I also try to walk at least l mile about 2-3 times/week. Now if I can just stop eating!!! Thanks everyone, Dani
