Hello! I searched through some of the old challenges and found some things that are worth sharing! I'm quoting our dear pals, Merritt and Tammy G., for our new challenge.

This is Merritt:

As I read all the posts from the last couple of days, I realized that this is a good day to write down my short term goals. What do I want to accomplish by the end of February? Your challenge today will be to complete the goal for this month. Do you want to be 5 lbs. lighter? Do you want to take an inch off your waist? Do you just want to challenge yourself to do an extra routine every day? Write the challenge with the intent of sticking to it for the entire month.

And this is Tammy G.:

I am in this for the LONG RUN! It just hit me while lying in bed the other day.... I have this image of myself as a thin person, but it seems like a distant dream; I thought to myself the other day, HOW STUPID! Why not me? Why can others set goals for themselves and reach them, while I'm still sitting here dreaming of what it will be like AND letting myself fall off the wagon?

And this is me:

My personal goal for this month is to get back up on the wagon, even if I can't do a complete workout in one session, since I haven't been feeling well. If I have to break it up into 3 sets of 10 reps, so be it.

What is your goal for February? Make it something doable, but something that you REALLY, REALLY want to attain.

My goal for Feb. is to "breathe" every day, with no exceptions. That isn't always easy, but it is my goal.

I am just beginning today as a brand new oxyciser even though I've had the products for several years. I want to be accountable to "you" and am now committing to do so. I will do Oxycise 2x today before bedtime. My reason for going so fast is a trip to Mexico in two weeks. I need to really get motivated and am looking for extra helpful fast weight loss tips if any of you know any! I am almost 55 years old and am looking to seeing the beginning of a new me by my birthday. I NEED MOTIVATION AND STAYING POWER, thanks for listening! Blessings, Belle

My goal for February is to drink more water, do oxycise at least once a day and to eat more fruit and vegetables. I hope to be five pounds lighter also.

FED UP IN FEBRUARY!!

I got fed up last week with the way things where going. SO! Out came the food journal along with the measuring cups & my FAT book. I also set some goals. So I am back on track again with "O" & water. I lost 2 lbs. last week which was really nice. The two weeks before I had gained. Mad

Here are my goals:
1. Drink my water
2. "O" tape 5-6 times a week with extras during the day.
3. Walk of an evening with DH.
4. Keep food, water & exercise chart.
5. Limit computer time so that I feel I have time to do "O".
