This is tough, I know, because it's tough for me, too, but I'm challenging everyone to try to get enough sleep this month! Do you think we can do it? My internal clock seems to think that it has to be dark for a certain amount of time before I can go to bed! Hogwash! I should be in bed by 10, but I don't know when that happened last.
I'm going to stay with last month's challenge of doing O 6 days per week, with a treat for each week I accomplish that, and add the requirement that I must be in bed by 10:30 unless it's a dire emergency. I want to see if my appetite is easier to control. Starting today, I'm going to analyze my portion sizes, and make sure I'm staying within the guidelines that I know I need to. Anyone care to join me?
Keep cool! It helps a lot to O in front of a fan if there's no a/c!

Susanna, I'll definitely be joining you on this one. I'm glad it is slowly turning dark earlier. It is just so hard to know that it is getting late. I've noticed that we have been eating supper later and later. It will be interesting to see how getting enough sleep will affect my appetite.
I also like the idea of a reward for doing O 6X a week. Sharon
Hello Ladies and Gents, My name is Lisa and I am back...a misplaced my tapes and was going crazy!! So now I have started back as of Friday doing level 1 & 2 workout it has been awhile. I cannot wait to firm up again I do everything and nothing helps like Oxycise! I always felt so firm when I was doing oxycise with my workouts even my husband would compliment me. Will keep updated!!
