Hi Everyone,
I tried Oxycise a year ago, but didn't follow through on it. I am committed to keep with it this time. I am about 280lbs. and want to lose about 100lbs. I plan to Oxycise in the morning before work and at night. I plan to check in as often as I can to report on my progress. I look forward to sharing my success with you. Take Care |

DanO, we have something in common. I started Oxycising over two years ago - lost 30 lbs., then quit doing my O! and gained a good deal of it back. I started again in April 2002 and have lost 60 lbs. since then with another 60 to go. I've been down the road you're starting and I promise you, you won't regret making Oxycise a permanent part of your life!
