Okay! My goals for this week are to do O at least 5 days a week, as well as my walking tapes (or go to the gym). ALSO.... I really need to drink more water and eat a little better (cut out the extra snacks!). Wish me luck!

Hi everyone,
Hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving. I have not posted in a while, reason I was very bad no O eating alot. Well today is a new day and my goals for this week are to eat better do O every day and do a 2 mile walking tape and go to Curves this week. Kathy M. |
