Well....it's always been my opinion that slow weight-loss is better. I think it tends to stay off longer. I lost about 65 pounds last year and that averaged out to around a pound or pound and a half each week.
I recommend setting very "do-able" goals in short term intervals (say, 5-8 pounds during month one). I've always found that if I set my goals too high (and don't reach them) that it's really easy to get discouraged! Just my opinion! |

I don't know what makes me think that I can lose ANY weight I guess I'm just optimistic that O! is going to be my answer. I can't wait to see how this works. In the past week, I've done 5 workouts here and there. After reading some past messages, I'm setting a goal of doing O! everyday, at least once a day. Green Eyed Girl |
