Hello everyone! I first heard about O! in the First Mag, and was soo interested. I started with the basic exercise in the mag to see if I got any results with that before I went ahead and ordered the book.
In two weeks, with just the mag, I lost 6 pounds and 1.5 in. off my hips, and .5 in. off my thighs, waist, and tummy, each. I was very excited. So, two days ago I ordered the O! book, and hope to see even more results! I am combining the O! with my vegetarian eating (high carbs and low fat) that I already do. The eating works well for me, but I need more to tone up and feel better about myself. So, sorry for rambling on. I'm excited about this new lifestyle change.
