Here's a challenge to get us breathing in 2008:
Grab a calendar and your favorite stickers, and let's go for 6 workouts per week for the rest of this month. Just knowing that you'll be watching to see if I post may help me keep posting...and rest assured....I'll be checking to see if YOU'RE posting! |

Count me in on this too. I did 2 Workouts today, Level 1 and then I did a four mile walk and after each mile I did some positions.
