Greetings! Tormorrow will be my first O! workout and a new commitment to eating healthy. No diet soda (Dr said was causing me problems) and chocolate will no longer be a 'treat.' I need to lose 45 lbs and to get in better shape. At 52 it had seemed my body had been working against me, but after reading Jills book I realize that my body has been doing what I programed it to do, and doing it very well (or I would not have so much weight to get rid of). I will also begin to journal my food again so that I will have to admit what I am actually eating. I look forward to getting to know others on this message board.

I trust that your first workout went well! I received an e-mail last week informing me that I'd get my materials shortly. I'm looking forward to starting, and since a lot of us are new to this, it'll be exciting to encourage each other and hear about everyone's progress! God Bless |
