What Oxycise! grade do you want?
Oxycise Workouts per Week and your "grade" 5= 100% or A+ 4= 80% or B- 3= 60% or D- For those who want to "go for the gold!", get in more than 5 per week for extra credit: 6= 120% or A++ 7= 140% or A++++ And no...there's no "curve" Come on gals, everyone can get an A+!! How do you think you'll do??? |

Hi, all--
Easy for me to post my grade, since it's the most "O's" done ever, in years. I have the party to thank (for my motivation). My grade this week is A+ to the 8th power!!! (9 workouts) I had only been doing 4 per week till now. Anybody else get an A+ or higher? --Phyllis |

I have finished my third week and I have done the exercises evry single day. HAve not lost a gram in 3 weeks, but I do not give up, hoping to see some results soon!
