2.Eat a high fiber/protein breakfast everyday 3.Do 15 min of Oxycise a day 4.Use my Daily Reports as my Daily Journal every day. |

Thank you so much, 2B, Susanna and Kelly. I do feel very much welcomed!
I didn't do very well with my goals over the weekend as my husband had a preaching engagement 6hrs from here and all 8 of us went. However I did get a chance to tell 2 ladies there of Oxycise! and one works at one of these weight loss gyms and both are highly interested! Does that count as a goal! Ha Ha |
